Will putting a copy of an apartment lease signed by my husband and I in Canada (who is currently in Canada on a tourist visa) help with our application...or is it not really allowed for him to be signing a lease with me while on a tourist visa? We explained our situation to our landlord, and he seemed to think it was fine that my husband signed with me.
Also, we are about to send our application. If for some reason it gets sent back to us (missing something like a signature, etc.) will we have to pay the application fee all over again?
Thanks!

Another question, when I applied for the marriage certificate I picked the long form instead of the short form. On the long form it says at the bottom "certified true copy of registration document". Since it's stating it's a certified true copy, do I have to send the original? or can I just send a photocopy of it?
