1. Legible copy of the Provisional Degree or Actual Degree mailed to their Toronto office
2. Transcripts of the Semester/Yearly DMC from the University
I was just wondering if I can send both provisional and actual degree to the WES office or just 1 will suffice?
My provisional degree was awarded in 2006 and final degree was awarded in 2007 although I passed my degree in 2006.
I have mentioned while filing the details that I have done degree in 2006. I am just wondering, if I send just my degree and seeing that degree was awarded in 2007, they might reject the evaluation.
So just curious if sending both provisional and final degree is a good idea?
Also please suggest, while sending the xerox copies of the degree, where should I mention my WES Ref ID - Front or back of the page.
WES seems very picky about little details so just want to make the process smooth.
Kindly guide. Thank you.
Provisional degree is not required, just send the xerox of the final degree and the sealed transcripts envelope in a combined envelope with reference number mentioned on it.
I had not taken my final degree from the University till 2013 and it showed 2013 as the issued year though I had completed my degree in 2007. The transcripts clearly mentioned when I had completed the exams/semester/year, etc. I have recieved my WES evaluation.
Before writing here, I really did a lot of googling; however, I could not find the answer I am looking for. I am the primary applicant for express entry for FSW and I have a BA and an MA in English literature. My wife, on the orher hand, is a graduate of High School. She did not have a university or a vocational high school education. While sending my diplomas to WES for an ECA, should I also add my wife's high school diploma? If so, is is O.K if I put both my diplomas and hers into the same envelope for mailing to WES?
You can not send your and your wife's documents under same WES Ref number. In order to get your wife's documents verified by WES, you'll have make her own profile and send her documents with her own WES Ref number.

ECA is mandatory only for primary applicant. However, if you want to claim points for spouse's education, you will have to create another WES account for her which would generate another reference number, one different from yours.
