Sending application to courier address

Hello all.

I am days away from sending my PR application in and have some questions. I am sending the application from within Canada.

I would like to send it by private courier, so I know to send it to the 2 Robert Speck Parkway address.

Does Canada Post offer a courier service? I am unsure if I can use CP to get my application delivered to the address or if I need to go to UPS or Fedex/other?

Also I assume having someone at CIC sign for the envelope is okay?

Use UpS and send to the courier address. UPS I found was cheaper than Canada Post. I believe if you do use Canada Post it has to go to the PO Box.
