My h1b extension just got approved and I’m in the usa. My spouse and I are both canadian pr holders. My wife is in the usa now and I m thinking of having her mail the h1b extension documents after she goes to Canada in two weeks. Has anyone done this before? Are there any risks with sending my passport for us visa stamping in Canada while I stay in the USA? Please advise friends.
