I am living in USA on H1B. Indian Citizen. Not holding Canada PR.
Is Canada allowing H1B stamping to 3rd country nationals ?

This would be my 3rd stamping on H1B. Past two i have done it in India.
Wondering if anyone recently booked H1B stamping appointment in Canada?

Yes, it is allowed for non-PR candidates also. Just that you need to find a date for stamping. They are almost a year away from now.
