120 days when is counted? Is it we counted, when we recive the letter by mail or when the letter issued?
they send me an email which letter issued on begining of June, but to day is Sept 03 still I did not recive any letter by mail. so how can I count the 120 days??
Thanks
To clarify, the email is "the letter" - they will not be sending one by post if you gave them an email address. You have 120 days from the date of the email...
no jes
It was my mistake that i didn't give them email address
I was just waitting for post, which still I do not have it. I have just visa office confermation that the letter issued from sydney. so now I use my family as representetive which they are living in canada and also i give them there mailing address as my mailing address and also I gave them my eamil address.
I am hoping by end of this week I can have my letter even by eamil or post.
I just received the AOR today and it states 120 days to submit the application to the local VISA office. I would like to know if the 120 days is just for the application or the 120 days includes gathering all the necessary documents and medical checkups and when called upon for the interview, will need all these documents for submission? or do we submit the application together with all the necessary documents and the medical checkup results together with the application?

120 days is time for gathering all the necessary doc. which they asked you on the letter. and 120 days start from date of the letter.

Thanks
