Self employed dentist important question?

Hi, i am a dentist working privately and is not under any organization.How do i provide proof of my own practice? My practice/clinic is not registered but i do have license from Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council since i passed out in 2013(including internship). Can anyone kindly suggest me which documents i would require in order to prove my clinical experience. I am desperately in need of this information. TIA

Hi there! I think the clinic needs to be registered , if you are going to show that it’s your clinic but I am not 100% sure. Also, showing income tax returns would make your case the strongest.
