All in the signature. It was quite soon after they received the medical results that we got a letter saying that final documentation needed for the COPR. I don't know what I was expecting, but there was no 'Congratulations' or anything, so it still doesn't feel real. Our immigration consultant said hopefully by Christmas we will get the COPR.

It feels like everyone else is getting their PR, but our files are stuck with no updates. We've been waiting since March, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Not receiving even a single update makes it so hard to get through each day.

I applied from Vancouver, BC Canada as an international student in 2021. Before that, I worked as a musician, journalist and doc filmmaker for years in Budapest, Hungary.

PR timeline

- 2021. 07. 28 - office got our paper base application

- 2021. 08. - temporary AOR

- 2023. 05. - update on file, 60% processed. AOR & application linked to online account. Estimated finish time 2023. 12. 21

- 2023. 12. 21 - processed in 100%

- 2024. 04 - ADR: birth certificate, police check, updated IMM5667e form

- 2024. 06. - ADR: asking medical

- 2024. 10. - Pre-Arrival Services email

- 2024. 11. 04 - Final Decision

- 2024. 11. 18 - Portal 2 Invitation

- 2024 11. 22 - Uploading photo & address to Portal 2

- 2024. 12. 03 - eCOPR (not valid for travel)

From now on, I will be waiting for the PR Card to arrive at my Canadian address. Issued at Etiobicoke, became PR at Montreal.

Thank you everyone for sharing your timeline and updates before. They helped me a LOT to carry on and be patient even during the hardest times. Especially because this forum was the main source of relevant information online. I wish all of you patience and luck in these difficult times when our stream is extremely slow and challenging to communicate with any official about the process.

Please any update on this our stream based on the latest changes on immigration
And what's the latest time frame for processing. My application was received on 2nd Dec 2021. After biometrics 7 months ago, no news from IRCC till date..
