That's a good news for you! At least you know your paper are now on the works and if everything went well with your interview positive news comes next! By the way, have you now been interviewed? How was it? What are the questions? Was it hard? Quick or long interview. Ours still on process no feedback yet no med request whatsoever just waiting..... Waiting... Waiting... How did your interview went?
Same here submitted our application Sept 2019 supposedly done by Aug 2021 they've adjusted it until January 2022. Gotta wait then.. Nothing we can do about it rather than just wait either good nor bad news. Has anyone here have a different progress?

I have applied within Canadá in March 2019
AOR received April 2019 and since then I had no news , I had recently 2 ghost updates and no news ... I’m wondering if you are in the same kind of situation?

I also applied from within Canada. May I ask if you are still here in Canada awaiting a decision? If you are, were you able to get a work permit while you wait or are you here waiting on a visitor record extension?

No I’m not in canada, they didn’t extend my work visa so I had to leave, couldn’t afford to live there as a visitor. Are you in canada?
could you share your timeline please?

Yes I’m still in Canada on a work permit currently which will expire soon. I will probably apply for a visitor record extension next as I have enough savings to stay here and would prefer not to travel until things settle with covid.
I applied in December 2020 and received temporary AOR in January 2021, nothing since.
For this program-
1. does the experience have to be in Self- Employed only? What is someone has 5 years experience as a Fashion designer but working for a company?
2. What documents does one need to provide to prove the experience?
Does anyone know if my daughter (who has a few medical issues) will need a medical visit with the doctor along with me (the primary applicant) and my spouse?
Thank you. Yes, we've discussed my daughter's issues with the lawyer. Her expenses are nowhere near 20K a year (she's a Type 1 Diabetic and has Turner Syndrome) thankfully.
Hello Typeaimages! My daughter also has Turner Syndrome, may I know how's your application going? Would this really a concern from IRCC as medical inadmissibility? Your lawyer said the medical expenses are nowhere near 20k CAD a year, do you know how to calculate it?
Thank you very much!
