I am self-employed with certain Public Relations experience in the recent few years.

Should I go for Federal Skilled Worker program or Business Immigration?

I have a master degree but I have not gone for any IELTS yet.3

Any advice please? Thank you.

Express Entry (as the name implies) is much faster. If you qualify and can prove your experience, you should definitely go for EE-FSW.
