I am from USA (Indiana) and I am assuming Canada post shall be cheap for USA

While applying for ECA from WES, what kind to mail delivery (Courier fees) I should choose?

Standard delivery (tracking not included). : $ 7

OR

U.S. and international courier services (per address) CAD. $85. ??
