I am from Afghan refugee living in Pakistan. I have a fear of persecution due to familial disputes in Afghanistan. Please guide me to apply for refugee resettlement.
 
The first step is to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR. The next step is for UNHCR to select you for resettlement in Canada. There is no way for you to apply directly.
