On Form C, I am asked to list all my secondary and post-secondary education years. It tk 4 yeas for my school. However, I started college in 1999. I dropped school, went back in 2003, then dropped again, went back in 2005 and finish in 2008. How should I list it? If I put 1999 to 2000, there is not degree or diploma because I had not finished. What should I do then?
