Dear all,

I'm from the Netherlands and in the beginning of 2013 I successfully applied for a Working Holiday Visa. I already recieved my Letter of Introduction but due to circumstances I wasn't able to make the trip.

I know that recieving the Letter of Introduction counts as participating in the program but I thought I'd read somewhere that it is possible to enter the program twice. Now I see on the website of CIC that this is only possible to participate twice in the IEC if you choose a different category.

Is this correct? And isn't there any other way I could participate again in the normal Working Holiday instead of the Young Proffesionals?

Kind regards,

Mathijske

1. As a dutch citizen, you would have to apply under Young Professionals, as you have already had the WHV, even though you didn't use it.
