Second spousal sponsorship

Hello everyone. Pls I need your advice on my situation. My ex filed a outland sppnsorship application for me and my son in 2010. The application was denied because cic said my husband didnt declared he was married when he became permanent resident but my son can be sponsored because he was born after he became permanent resident.
After this we started having problem with our marriage. We fight on every little things. Things became worse and he never call or come home to see me.

Last year I got a visa and travelled to canada with my son. After few months I decided to seek asylum and move on with my life. I met him again few months ago at an event in winnipeg. and we started talking .
He said he wants us to do the sponsorship again inland application.

Will this be possible. Can he sponsor me again after the precious application was denied. Just curious

No - he cannot sponsor you. Since you weren't included in your spouse's application when he immigrated, he can never sponsor you. You will need to qualify for PR on your own.
