Just an update: I received my medical request today from the Seattle consulate -- my timelines are as follows:
- full document submission to Buffalo (late January)
- AOR from Buffalo (early March)
- transfer to Seattle (late April)
- in process at Seattle (last week)
- medical request (June 9th)
So things are moving, and they seem to be moving from the date of transfer, not the date of AOR from Buffalo. I hope all of you get your medical requests quickly too. Good luck,
