Seals on Translation of Police Certificate

Hello,

I am from China. I have got both the Chinese and English version of No Criminal Convictions from the Notory Public Office. I found that only Chinese version has the signature and seal. On the English version, it just shows as following below. There is no real signature and seal on the English version. Do I need a "real" signature and seal on the English version? Thanks.
