No one can tell you. Funds is just one part. It depends on funds, ties to home country and showing career/education progression to justify spending so much money to come to Canada. You need to show that you will make that much more money when you return compared to current salary.

Hey guys. Newbie here, was checking other's response so finally thought of making an account and share my personal experience. I applied with a huge study gap of 10+ years. But with relevant work experience and docs with no gap.

I lodged my file on 20th December and biometric done on 28th dec and updated on the same day. Did the upfront medical on 4th December. Still no updated on the portal. Will I get a request for medical or if will auto update after some time. Tracker shows background check in progress.

Hey all...need one help! I'm not able to get an education loan from any bank. If i attach my first year tuition fee, GIC and gold valuation certificate make my visa approval possible! Please help for further move!

If it is SDS category then you do not need to show any extra funds, 1 year fee and new GIC amount is enough along with a strong SOP. It is a myth that if you add some extra docs like, funds in bank account, gold certificate etc will make your application stronger...Just mention only in SOP what liquid funds you have in your own bank account...That`s it

Wait, your medical will automatically be updated, don`t do anything. If your biometrics was updated on 28th Dec, you should wait till 25th Jan , by then hopefully you will have your visa as per the current trend, expect medical to be updated by 12th to 15th Jan.

i applied on Dec 9th biometrics updated on 13th —medicals not updated (upfront on nov 16th)

I guess that would not be right to share our serial number because mine is also S3067. Other than this my Timeline:
8th December: Applied under SDS category
13th December: Biometric done and updated
21st December: Medical Updated
2nd January: Biometric also Updated
Now it is under review since then, tracker says my eligibility and Background check is in process.
