SDS or general category for student visa in canada

My name is abrar vhora and i got admission offer later from seneca college in international business in diploma.
My ielts overall score is 6(s-6,L-6,R-6,W-6).
My last graduation degree was BBA which i completed in 2018 but my aggregate % is 49. So my agent suggested me to apply in a general category because i have low percentage in BBA but as you know General category requires alot of documents aswell it is a hectic process. I want to know if i can apply under sds category?

bro apply under spp, there is no as such requirement for spp
percentage is nt at all stated at any website of cic
