Do you mean if someone chooses to go to province like Saskatchewan and others is a negative thing? or you mean the opposite going to Vancouver and Toronto etc is negative?

Because i think going to other provinces (other then Vancouver etc) is positive thing.

and getting less then 60% is a problem? right?

I mean its a positive thing if you go to other province as you know mostly students go to ontario so the no. of students are surely more than any other province.
So other provinces are even better and yeah less than 60% is surely a negative thing.
still at the end i would say sometimes and somewhere you need luck and depends on visa officer too.

i know it is getting annoying now but please Last question, with less the 60% in graduation and good ielts score maybe 7-8 and choosing other province my chances will be good enough? right?

And are you going to apply for the visa too ?or waiting for the visa approval? or you are already in Canada?

Thats fine, i understand in this case everyone has so many queries and nobody wants to get wrong at their end.
with 55% try to justify it in your sop that why this happened like in one line due to some family reason or bad health etc or may be something else and you really want to study and make your future, good sop play a big a role.

I am waiting for my visa going for post grad, i hope i ll get it.
