SDS Applications Timeline for winter intake

IRCC answered someone on Twitter that they will process the winter applications normally and there will be no AIP for those who have applied after the 15th of September. Does anyone know like those who have applied with full documents and biometric in October will hear before the Christmas holidays?
Like they will not get the AIP so it's a little risky for them to start online classes for winter intake in case they don't hear from the visa officer

I have heard that in today's webinar they have said they will only process those applications who's DLI are approved but regarding passport request I'm little confused that only November is left and then Christmas holidays will come

I have applied for guelph but they didn't get any response yet from the government regarding approval. They said they will respond once they get it

I'm confused like will they process it before Christmas or not because no AIP for winterintake and students can not study online without it. Now they will only process applications normally

Exactly they have to process the applications normally cause there is no AIP system now

Exactly they have to process the applications normally cause there is no AIP system now

But brother I'm confused regarding the timeline because before Covid-19 average timeline of sds was a month but now nobody know's
