School fees refund

I applied and was given admission in Loyalist college but due to my visa refusal, I have decided to seek for a refund from the school. I have sent them countless emails through the international office and admission but to no avail
I am also seeking for the refund because I intend to apply to a university in my next attempt.

I am Paramjot from India. I have applied for 2 year Diploma in Montreal Technical College for May, 2019 intake. I have paid one year tuition fees that is 13730 CAD. I was refused in April, 2019 but I have not got refund even after waiting for 7 months. I sent emails many times but I got no reply. I have called them many times but they have put my number on voicemail I think. I have mailed to ministry at their email id

Ministry has mailed collee to reply the student twice but collee is still not refunding. I am in big problem. What should I do. Kindly suggest.

Dude your issue has horrified me. I'm about to pay my tuition fee to Conestoga for May 2020 intake. I fear what if visa gets refused, will I ever get refund.

I applied for jan2020 for conestoga, i got 2refusal, and i requested for refund and applied for another university.
After 2-3 months maybe in this month they give money back to me

What is the reason of refusal for the first time? How did you rectify it when reapplied?

For both of them family tie and purpose of visit.
For purpose of visit, my agent told me to apply for university instead of college and i received the LOA few days ago. But for family ties, i dont know anymore

Just chill it normally takes up to 10working days to process the refund ..

Yes, i sent an email about a month and a half ago. They answered me 10 days ago and asked to confirm that I want my back. But there is no answer yet and I'm in a hurry

Just have patience it may be under process and with new application coming in they may be under process so it my take some time

Its about 3 months or more. For other university i just have 2 weeks to pay the tuition fee, so i dont know what should i do..!!!

Have you tried calling them cause that way it's more easier and you speak directly to a staff there...so you can know what's going on...I think you should call them but time is different over there so you should be able to do the calculations and call them by 9am cause it's easier this way

My agent be in touch with them, and she told me that she will go there in this week. So I hope they give me the money in these days
