Hi,

I have a question to you guys.

Can I schedule an appointment for landing before I have actually COPR in hand?

I have already sent my documents but I'm just curious if I can avoid long waiting for the appointment by scheduling it before getting COPR.
I'm pritty sure that COPR will arive before I will get contacted by CIC about my appointment.

Is there somone, who has tried it?

They might ask few questions regarding COPR. So, I would suggest wait for your COPR and then schedule appointment.Generally, you get appointment after 4-6 weeks depending on CIC office.

I got an appointment at Etobicoke in 2 weeks.

Call the CIC, the representative will take your info, verify the detail, and will notify you that the request has been forwarded to Etobicoke and they will email you within two weeks.

You receive an email with appointment detail in few days.
