Hi All
I am a Nov 2012 applicant
my still is under review required since nov 2013. i have not received any MR,PPR,RRPF
its been almost 17 months but nothing. recently i hired a lawyer. who ordered visa notes for me
we got it yesterday and found the reason.
when i did my application i didn't write all the duties in schedule 8 since there wasn't enough space.
i thought i am sending them reference letter
so the visa officer only considered schedule 8 duties not the letter.
now we have send them a new cover letter and amended schedule 8
lets see what happens now

Glad to hear that finally you found the real reason for delay. I wish you will get your MR, RPRF and PPR in month time. Best of luck mate
Thanks man!! I applied GCMS notes three times
But none of them had any information about schedule 8

How did you applied visa notes and how does it look likes?
Well I also did the same mistake I did not write the proper duties in schedule 8 form due to in sufficient space. Secondly, I also forgot to mention my part time job at other place in the same field with exact same duties falls under same NOC. I read some posts in this forum that many of the applicants file went for review due to their NOA and T4 has different total income. I only submit my full time job T4 and did not submit my part time, which makes almost $4,000 dollar difference in NOA. I sent an email with undated schedule A and 8 forms again with extra sheet stating full duties, my part time job T4, part time job reference letter, all pay stubs and covering letter why I failed to submit at the first place.
My lawyer did it for me and i didn"t see them
When did u send them updated schedule 8 n did u hear anything back
