I'm wondering what should I answer on a question- have you ever had any serious disease or physical disorder. When I was a teenager in high school I had a minor surgery done to my knee and was hospitalized, then a couple months later completely recovered. Would it be considered "a serious physical disorder" and does it have to be mentioned on Schedule A? It's just I know that I would be asked a question about any past surgeries during the medical exam and I would want to avoid any discrepancies but at the same time don't know if it is serious enough to be mentioned on schedule A. Any input would be appreciated.
