Hi, I received a correspondance from CIC to resubmit my IMM5669 application without any gaps in dates. In the correspondance, they mentioned the IRCC webform link for resubmission. I selected the enquiry as "Replacement documents, Amendments to documents and Verification of status documents". However can anyone please confirm whether the selected enquiry from my end is correct?
Another question is through which forum I am supposed to send the form. Either IRCC webform as mentioned in correspondance or should I upload the document in GCKEY account as it is enabled for uploading the document.?
Also will I receive the confirmation email, when I upload the documents through IRCC webform?

Thanks Jeff. But first I posted in IRCC webform then I uploaded the same document through gckey. Both are on the same day. I am worried now as this may slow down the application process. Because they will get the document via gckey instantly and after few weeks they will get the document uploaded through IRCC webform. They may think that is the latest and they will replace the same document again? Any suggestions to avoid this?
You should be fine. I don't think they will replace it later. I've read forums where people sent it 2 places at once and they were fine. You can always call them to let them know what happened

Thanks Kandy. But whenever I am trying to reach CIC via phone I am always hearing the message that "We are receiving high volume of calls currently"! No luck.
Yes me too I just mailed mine
I had too much trouble with the uploading process. They received it with no problem. Attached it right away and started my background check right after.
The trick in getting cic is calling exactly at 8 am in the morning or close to their closing time around 4 pm. That's the fastest way to get a hold of them.
is there anything else to include when mailing the sched A and PCC to mississauga? like a cover letter giving application + UCI # and what it is for? or just the form and PCC and thats it?
