Hi, can you please tell me the following:


1.)If I am NOT working in Canada or do not have an offer of arranged employment there, do I have to answer question no. 3b or I can leave it blank, if I have to answer then what should be ticked ?

Question 3B is : Did your employer obtain a confirmation letter(Labour Market Opinion) from Human Resources and skill development Canada ?


2) If I am single and not married do I have to answer question no. 7c and 9b or I can leave them blank ?, if I have to answer then what should be ticked ?

Question 7C is: Is your accompanying spouse proficient in English or French?

Question 9b is : If applicable, has your accompanying spouse worked full time in canada for atleast one year ?
