Scarborough office - 2013 Applicants waiting for test date with No RQ

Hello All,

How many of us who applied in 2013 and haven't gotten an RQ, are still waiting for the test to be scheduled at Scarborough local office?

Please share.

I went into processing mid October 2013 and still no test date...no rq, no fingerprints.

I'm in the same boat, but it's kinda early to start worrying.
it's been only 6 months we applied and Scarborough is the slowest office in GTA as per comment in this forum.

I want to share my timeline for Citizenship Application ( Me, my wife and Only daughter)

We send our application for citizenship on 6th November,2013
Received by CIC On 10th November,2013
We received our AOR on 3rd Feb,2014 (Application Process Start on 2nd Jan,2014)
We Received our Test Date Letter 5th April,2014 ( Will be held on 23rd April, 2014, Venue- Scarborough Town Centre)

N.B:
Landed on 30th July,2010
Physically Presence in canada 1102 Days ( Outside canada for 3 months in a row)

I got transferred to Scarborough, got the test but stuck somewhere... approaching 3 Months now. See below my timeline -

Thanks. But why did it take so long for file transfer?

When did you go in process and are you sure the date is correct? Is it off GCMS or ATIP or something.

How's your profile? Lot of travels etc etc

No clue.
I did travel often. Maybe because of that.

The agent told me of the transfer date. I called in January and they said that the file is in transit to local office. A month ago when I called the agent said it is being transferred from St Claire to Scarborough. Not sure why.

In process: September 13, 2013
Local office transfer: March 27, 2014

are you from Africa or have you lived in Africa, it seems like the background check from Africans takes longer than most countries.
my process started on 11-dec 2013 i called the CIC and my background check still hasn't been completed while most people background check is done in a month.

No I am not. I haven't lived in Africa.

Called Jan this year. Agent said background check is done. So far no test, no RQ, no finger print. Just wonder why. Applied in Feb 2013, transferred to STC in Nov 2013
