No way... I don’t think that many people were from the same family... my guess is the election is only a few months away and they want to pump out more citizens for that ...

Test date: 3rd March 2019 in Scarborough 200 town center court.
Test passed. 19/20
DM: 5th March 2019

They told me to expect oath invite by September. Will it really take that long? :/

Mine timeline very similar to yours...
Are you sure, was your test on 3rd March 2019? it was Sunday. My test was on March 4th.
I was also told that you will get oath before Oct..
I am also eagerly waiting for Oath date.

I am Oct/Nov Applicant (Application Signed on Oct 30, received by CIC on Nov 2). Test was on March 15, DM March 16. waiting for oath

I gave my test on the 26th of feb too, I’m a 2018 May applicant, my oath is on the 14th of May, you’ll probably get your oath close to June or July because they try to finish the application process within the 12 month processing time

I gave my test on the 26th of feb too, I’m a 2018 May applicant, my oath is on the 14th of May, you’ll probably get your oath close to June or July because they try to finish the application process within the 12 month processing time

No, they don’t try to finish ALL applications within the normal processing time of 12 months.

Oath time seems random to me. There are people who get it within same day (at the same test centre - for instance there are people in Oct 2018 Scarborough who got oath next day of test while others waited for 5-6 months).
