Hi
I am same as you
I live in Mississauga and they sent my application to Scharbroug...I did the test in Scarborough in Feb 5..then when I called them they told me that they sent my application to Mississauga.
I applied on August , test on Feb 5, DM on Feb 6...still waiting the path...
Please keep in touch with me
Sure,
You live in Mississauga but in my case, I live in Markham and case processing and test was in Scarborough and now they say that they sent the file to Mississauga. I am little worried here...
SO I called IRCC on Friday again and was told my application is in process. I was told the application process take 12 months like I don’t know that, it’s funny though on Ecas it’s still saying in DM.
In my ATIP notes it’s said final granted and Ceremony ready that’s was in February. I also got an email from advanis to do a survey back in February about my experience with IRCC and they said it was for applicants who had DM that’s why I don’t understand why when I called they saying my file is in process.

I’m sure the agent meant it as a figure of speech, as opposed to what the actual status is.
I don’t think they know anything, so it’s a waste of time.
They’re more for people who can’t see their status online.
Don’t worry. I’d go by what is on your page.
Application (citizenship) submitted: Oct 26th 2017
Notice for Test: Jan 5th 2018
Test date (Scarborough): Jan 29th 2018
Online status changed to "DECISION MADE": Feb 5th, 2018
Letter for Oath Ceremony: ??
is there anyone else with similar timelines? People who took the test in Mississauga atleast 2 weeks after me had their oath ceremony in April.
I wonder how much more will I have to wait.

Yes, once we are at a point where we are waiting for the oath ceremony, all they can say is, your file is processed but I don't see any date scheduled yet (which we already know). Only helpful part might be that if the file gets transferred to Mississauga or some other office, they can tell us that.

So.. I called IRCC, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the level of service (he kept on cutting me off, not letting me to finish my inquiry, then asked to clarify the questions.. etc). I could just tell right away i wasnt going to have a good experience nor going anywhere with him by his tone of his voice and starting the phone call. He sounded like he was having already a bad day at 8am!!
I asked if there is any other doc that she needs to provide as her lack of English, we are unsure if this was mentioned during her interview. And his response said "Habe you received any correspondent letter? If not, you are in the normal process"
Also I asked the DM not showing on the ECAS, he said "then DM is still not made, we cannot make DM all at the same time for all the applicants. It is case by case"
Ok, sorry for the long intro, I was just so annoyed with this agent (And I have had the good ones previously though!).
My question is how to get the IRCC call agent to open your case? They seem like they don't even want to try to look at your application using UCI #. Any strategy/ specifict question that you could share with me?
