Bro, I was in the exact same ceremony as you (Dec 19 13:00 Ceremony)! Congrats.

I have been in Canada for over 8 years, it was still very surreal (and my mind is still processing it) to finally become a Canadian, after so long.

Oh really? What seat number you were at? I was second row from the left, seat 74.

Yeah, me too, my mind is still processing yesterday's event.

ECAS stated on Friday that a letter has been sent for oath on Jan 05, no email or letter received so far. Canada Post says 2 days for local deliveries, may be due to Christmas season....

Looks like christmas season.. wait for a bit and see if you get one.. or else contact them to see where its stuck as they do check the pink invite at the ceremony sent to you.. Urs looks like its comin via post and its unlikely an email would be sent. since mine too the ecas was updated with a letter sent. All the best

Congratulation for your Oath on Jan 5, 2018. The Scarborough office shows Oath ceremony on Jan 12, 2018 and Jan 5, 2018 is not shown online. May be it will be updated to reflect the Jan 5, 2018. I am also applicant dealing with Scarborough office and DM on Dec15, 2017.

The website is weird, if you search for ceremony on Jan 12 in Ontario, it only shows one at 11am, while my ECAS shows 08:30.

Thank you for the wishes. Just that waiting after DM is tougher - when you know its all done but you have to wait for the oath. My DM was made 2 weeks ago, no invite yet. Don't know when I would receive one!
