What did the citizenship officer told, how long would it take for oath

Thanks yes, scarbz. She didn't give me a timeframe but she said i should get an invite soon. I didn't bother ask because before they test they announced that we should expect it about oct2018 if we applied in oct2017 . One guy was told 1month

I also had my test on the 27th of Feb at the Scarborough town office and we were told that we should expect the oath letter sometime during the summer.

Could my info be updated as well. DM today

im a may applicant,done test 24 august no dm till today.requested atop twice and wrote a complain on the web got reply everything is fine

You really lucky to get interview date in 3 months, I applied in Apr 2017 and now I got the interview date in March

Did my test in October 2017, DM in November, no oath yet!

A friend of mine, family application at Mississauga did their test in January, DM Feb. Got oath invite in March.

Summary: Scarborough office sucks! And immigration don't care if one of their offices is under performing!

I know right,but it because they don’t have a full time judge,right now June applicants is getting Oath Invite.The reason Mississauga applicants is getting Oath invites because there is a ceremony every day of the week,I wish they will take some of Scarborough and Toronto Decision made applicants just as Scarborough is taking some of their applicants but our turn will come soon.

Test date (Scarborough): Jan 29th 2018
Decision Made (online): Feb 5th, 2018
Letter for Oath Ceremony: ??

A friend of mine took the test (at the Mississauga office) 10 days after I did and received the letter for oath on the same day (at the test centre). I haven't received the letter yet. Anyone else with a similar issue?

Will I be notified about the oath ceremony via email or am I at the mercy of Canada Post?

I had my test NOV 29. DM NOV 30. Waiting for Oath Invite Scarborough is very fast for Test Invite but very slow for Oath Invite because they don’t have a full time Judge,but its nice to don’t have to worry about the test any more,Oath Invite could come by either email or Canada Post.good luck
