Finally my journey to Canadian Citizenship is now complete. Took the oath on 29th Jan at the Scarborough Office. What a journey it has been! I would like to thank this forum and all the members who contribute to this forum and most importantly all the admins that keeps all the spreadsheets up to date and maintaining it. All your work and contribution is definitely appreciated. Big cheers to you all!

Waiting oath Invitation - any idea when to expect invitation ??

Looks like my waiting won't end any time soon... after nearly 16 months since submitting application, finally had my test/interview last week, and so far the ECAS is still IP while everybody else has got DM the next day, even though the case officer said she was 'very satisfied'.... Oath will probably take another 16 months at this pace....

Huge update for me! Got our Oath invitations today! February 6th in Scarborough.

I'm so happy we are finally coming to the end of this journey. Things seem to be really speeding up since the new year.

Did you request for urgent processing. I did my test on 24th Jan '19. Changed to DM on 26th. Still waiting for Oath letter. My test was also in scorborough.

So you waited for a week till DM, it’s been almost a week since I took my test and still no DM yet .... hopefully i can see it soon

I did my test yesterday and today status changed to DM , how long is Oath timeline in SC center , I am planning my travel in March for a month not sure if i can reschedule oath and how much it delay if i do so. I already waited 13 month to reach at this stage. Any suggestion or experience appreciated.

Is oath invite randomly picked up ? I was assuming a it’s also FIFO

Yeah it seems to be random!

after DM, is the next process to wait for oath? Or can we still expect RQ or any other complications even after DM stage?

Looks like oath letters in GTA have stopped. I don't see any updates about Oath invites in the spreadsheet recently.

Didn’t get the official oath letter yet but my ECAS has been updated I’ll be attending oath ceremony on March 9th.
