Hi Mancity, it looks like people who have passed the citizenship test in October 2017 in Scarborough will get Oath letter around January or February. This is just an approximate guesstimate based on information indicating that people who have applied in April are only now getting Oath letters.

I had my citizenship test on October 18th and Decision made status on Ecas on October 19th, but still no Oath letter.

I gave my test on 26th Sept and still no letter

Can anyone shed light, on when the MAY 2017 applicant will get the oath letter? I got my oath but my wife applied after one month which is may 2017.

Scarborough is now moving so hang in there and you will get the Oath in next couple of months.
