Finally ecas shows,

We sent you a notice on August 10, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on August 30, 2018 at 9:00 AM.

Wrote my test at Scarborough on 16th April. Still haven't got any email so I am not sure where the test is.

I have the exact same issue - my ECAS updated or an oath on the 30th of August at 9 am but I haven't received an email

I received my oath citizenship invite by email on August 7th for August 23rd in Mississauga. My test was in Scarborough.
I wrote to them a week before to let them know I was travelling in September, not sure if that helped.
Could you please update the spreadsheet?

How did you write them? Through web or did you send a letter? What information did you provide? My mom is a Nov applicant, took interview on May 10 with DM status. She will be travelling in September...

Maybe they sent it by regular mail. Has happened in the past.

You'll probably see the email today or tomorrow if it's stuck with your ISP. Usually the date of the notice, in your case August 10th, is not the date you'll see the email. It's usually a few days after that. It's really a bizarre thing. As someone else said, check your junk mail. If you don't see an email in the next day or so, call IRCC and request something be sent to you.

They probably mail it I receive my letter the day after it’s was posted on Ecas.

When I did my test, they told me to send a letter with the dates I couldn't make for the oath and attach an explanation of why I couldn't make it. In my case, I attached a flight itinerary.
They were insistent that I could only do this by mail (i.e. not email or phone call).

How and where did you write them please?
I called but couldn’t reach an agent to speak to.

Does anyone have a rough idea of how long it takes between DM and Oath letter?
Scarborough seems to be running on its own timelines.
