I know it’s so much easier to find Scarborough IRCC office it’s right of the highway and on the subway line compare to Mississauga what’s about the people who don’t drive.

Thank you! Yup, it does look like all oaths have moved to Suaga going forward. Unknown if temporary, but I'll try and ask when I'm there.

I've given up trying to understand how the Scarborough CPC works. Oath invites seem to follow a lucky draw pattern.

I did like the 25+ nationality explanation from yesterday though. It might explain some of the randomness.
