2018 Oct 79 out of the 118 DM'd Scar applicants have got oath, is this the reason why this thread isn't updated as often as before?

Surely, I also want to learn that patience, I used to check ecas everyday but have decided not to check for a week unless i receive the email. The last time i checked was last Thursday. Let’s see if i can hold it.

That sounds like a good idea, I will see if I can switch to a weekly check from twice-daily, as well.

I just found that seeing eternal "In Progress" every day gives me some negative emotions and decided to switch to weekly checks - on Fridays nights (when everything is a bit brighter) But I read this topic every day and understand your feelings guys

Me too, checking always give me negative emotions hence I am trying out the weekly plan. However, this thread was my go to but now it is also dry. No news in general. Maybe Scarborough office is on summer vacation.

Maybe people not on this forum are getting invites, or maybe people who got the invites didn't report here.

Yeah... I agree! A friend of mine, also an Oct. applicant, received his oath invitation last Friday. I understand it is getting frustrating but we all know that we all will get invited eventually, which is the positive side.

Yes, they do ceremonies on Saturdays sometimes, its not unusual

Of course I know that, but something has been very slowed down seriously... don't know why.
Did they think Stouffville is too far away from Mississauga? Is that why my file is still sitting in Scarborough?
You know what, I can take 407 lol...
