I'm searching for information regarding uploading supporting documents requested by CIC, 1. Schedule A(already in pdf) and 2. PCC...PCC has to be scanned and upload. It was scanned as a jpg file vs pdf, is that acceptable? I read somewhere that said, the file being uploaded should not be larger than 4mb which its not, but is the jpg okay? its 835kb.
anyone upload jpg and it was accepted by cic or does anyone know where the info is regarding the types of files acceptable or unable to be uploaded.

As long as you stay within their parameters (size and file type) you should be ok. It says on their website the types/sizes of acceptable files. Just FYI I did all mine in PDF.
I used this link, it was simple and made my life a whole lot easier. https://online2pdf.com/
