Hello there, I will invite my son to come to visit us here in Canada from the Philippines, can I just send my notarized letter of invitation and my T4 etc. via email? or shall I have to send it thru post? Thank you very much...

Scanned documents sent via Email have always worked for me in the past.
 
scanned documents are valid. It is better way if you ask me. They don't keep papers , at the end of the day they also scan everything.
