Hello, the one who will sponsor my visit to canada is now here in the philippines. She's planning to give me invitation letter to visit canada and be notarized by our public attorney here in the philippines. And we will just send a picture together as a proof that she really visited Philippines. Is it ok? Or the letter should be notarize in canada?
