Let me clarify, you mean you need to submit the translated PPC to your visa office? If yes, you don't need affidavit or any attestation. Just send the PPC original Arabic and Original translation (stamped by classic translations office) directly to your visa office. You don't need anything else.
No need for chamber of commerce or embassy or anything.

I do agree, no need for attestation. Did LVO ask you for attested copies!? I don't think so, I know a bunch of people who sent translations done by normal translation offices and got through. I did the same by the way and wasn't questioned. In any case if they insist on getting attestation it can be done, although it will be a pain in the....

Well, Embassy is asking for a certified translator and that's where I referred him to.
No need to attest from anywhere unless mentioned...
