I ve done the translation at Khobar , behind the Passport office. Also, sent by DHL today. I pray I make it as the 30 days grace period
ended on the 9th of April. I had earlier sent all other documents

hello dears....Good news!! Alhamdulillah!!! Did my medicals last Saturday at Al Warood Medical Center at Riyadh and this Saturday, I got my 3rd line update done!!! Now eagerly awaiting for Passport request....Guys my visa office is NDVO..when i receive my Passport request, what should I write to them to transfer my Visa stamping to Riyadh's Canadian embassy. Pls guide me..

First of all, Congratulations...

Secondly, it is not a big deal, when you receive email, just reply them back that since you have shifted to Saudi Arabia, please allow me to stamp my visas from Riyadh Embassy, many people have done this, last case i remember, it took only 2-3 days for him to receive a response from his Program Assistant / VO that you can submit passports to Riyadh Embassy.

So, now just wait and see when you receive your Passport Request, then immediately reply them back regarding change of Visa Office.

Following are the simple steps to obtain Police Clearance Certificate from Indian Embassy at Saudi Arabia (for each candidate)

1. Download Form 2 from the Embassy Website (http://www.indianembassy.org.sa/Content.aspx?ID=735&PID=687) and fill the particulars especially the country to which you need the PCC
2. Attach One photocopy of Passport Copy and one photocopy of Iqama.
3. Affix One recent photograph (Remember This photograph will appear on the Police Clearance Certificate)
4. Fees of 115 Saudi Riyals per head.
5. Take the form to nearest Indian Embassy and submit by hand.
6. After submitting and paying the fees, a receipt is given with the date of delivery written on it (usually after 7 days of submission)
7. Collect the PCC from the delivery counter in the embassy office.

Please circulate as required someone might get help.

I received Passports request yesterday! Can you please share what is the safest forwarders to bring our passports to Abu Dhabi Canadian Embassy? And please advise also what should I do in order to bring back my passport with the same forwarder? Thank you in advance.

Now i am in Saudi Arabia on a family visit visa (just 1.5 months) and also had visited here in 2014 (5 months and 27 days).

Now NDVO asked me to submit PCC from Saudi Arabia in MR request.I dont have Saudi iqama (Residence Permit).

Any possibility to get PCC from Saudi Arabia for visitors ?

If not how can i convince visa officer ?

Have u got pcc request along with medical? I guess it's not possible to get saudi pcc with out Iqama copy at least. Once you mail to Canadian embassy riyadh regarding your stay for 5 months and 27 days. I guess its shld not be mandatory as u did not stayed more than 6 months. Mention ur stay in email and see the response.

If they tell u not to submit saudi pcc, take the print out and send with ur docs as proof.
