Does it have the issue date ?, I believe it only has the expiry date.

I am Dilip Kumar from Jubail .I am right now in PER stage and waiting for AOR mail. I would like to apply for India PCC from Dammam, so do i need to carry original passport or just photocopy of passport is enough ? In Indian embassy website, it's mentioned that Original Passport to carry, but my Original Passport is with Company.

I request the guys who have applied Indian PCC from Saudi Arabia to reply for my Query.

That is very weird, today I went to Jeddah Mirror station, but they still print the old format; without the issue date.

It is showing the first issue date..

You have to carry original passport/photos/ Iqama & copies of all.

They will keep only copies after checking originals. After 7-10 days u will get PCC.

i suggest you to wait for the mail from visa officer. Since PCC is valid only for one year.

for the driving license history,do they ask for iqama n all?

I have my old iqama cancelled and on business visa now.I have my driving license still valid.Can i still get driving history?

i suggest you to wait for the mail from visa officer. Since PCC is valid only for one year.

As you said PCC is valid for one year so he will get medical/pcc in next 4 months so no harm to take PCC & its not that expensive.

Please note that PCC should not be older than 3 months on the day it reaches LVO

Do we have to sent Medical receipt to VO. I did my medical at Dar Al afia dammam they gave receipt but on receipt it is written NZ visa for entry is this normal.

driver license is connected to your iqama number. and gets cancelled if you are on final exit.

Some people in the forum mentioned about the NZ visa problem on the medical receipt.

Really in a terrible situation as I have purchases flight tickets from Jizan

No worries. its just a formality. Hope you submitted your medical forms when giving the test. That would suffice. Rest will be taken care by medical center and will update it to cic in 7 working days.
