CIC has provided guidelines on how to obtain PCC as mentioned below with email addresses.

If you live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

If your application is being processed at the Canadian High Commission in London, you are not required to obtain a police certificate until the London visa office sends you a police certificate request letter with instructions on how to apply.

If you are applying at the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you should submit the police certificate with your application. You can contact the visa office for a request letter at fax: (971 2) 694-0396 or e-mail: abu-dhabi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca Please include your immigration file number if you have one.

For applications being processed at any other office, request letters may be obtained by e‑mail: riyadh.visa@international.gc.ca or fax: 966-1-488-9657. Please include the file number, the office where you applied and your mailing address.

The police certificate request letter will be sent to you by mail. You must present this letter, along with valid identification and proof of legal residency in Saudi Arabia to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If they approve you, you must then apply for the police certificate in person at the relevant police headquarters.

You may check on below CIC site as well.

Hope this helps!

Good luck and Best Wishes! :)

Hi Moamana,

Congratulations for your PER!...

Well, as far as KSA PCC is concerned. You may note the the details from below website. All details are mentioned in below post.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/getting-a-police-certificate-from-saudi-arabia-instructions-t157222.0.html

http://life-in-saudiarabia.blogspot.com/2014/06/get-police-clearance-certificate.html

Secondly, I have personally have been through procedure to obtain PCC. To summarize whole steps, I can tell you below.

- Obtain a letter either from your country embassy or Canadian embassy requesting them to issue you a letter for obtaining PCC
- Get it attested by MOFA
- Submit it to nearest police stations (in person) as you and your husband has to give finger prints
- Wait for 7-14 days
- Collect your PCC from police station
- Get it translated from arabic to English
- Get the english translated PCC attested by MOFA
Now you are done with KSA PCC and you can send.

For Qatar, you can refer to below mentioned links to obtain it.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/qatar.asp

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/qatar-police-clearance-t45909.0.html

http://www.expatforum.com/expats/australia-expat-forum-expats-living-australia/114302-qatar-pcc.html

I hope that will help you to obtain PCCs.

Best Wishes and Good Luck...

My Question is after translation why we need to get it attested from MOFA ?
So many people sent just translated PCC to LVO & it was accepted.

Hi navdeep36,

I am not sure about if people sending the translated PCC directly to LVO without MOFA. As everyone told me here at KSA to get the translated copy attesed by MOFA and then send it and the same was told by authorized translator who did the translation. so if someone wants to take a shot, he may send it directly but I didn't want to risk my efforts for one last step so I got the translated copy attested by MOFA and then I sent it..

Good luck and best wishes!

Well, My 3rd line was added on 27th August, 2014 and since then i am waiting for Passport Request.

I hope you may get the Passport Request soon.

@shahzadpir

Congratulations & +1
Usually LVO responds with 2-3 weeks of 3rd line update but as vacation season has started, it may take lil longer for u.

The only remaining step is to submit ur passports to Jeddah/Riyadh/Dammam VFS office for visa stamping along with 2 fresh pics of every1. They will take 1-2 weeks.

@ Shah2014.

+1 to you brother for detailed and positive reply.

I guess now, the only thing I have to do it wait for LVO to receive passport request.

There is an other gentlemen who mentioned he received 3rd line ecas update on 27th august and till today he is wait for further communication, sounds kind of strange to me....Does LVO takes that longer too?

Hi Rizwan,

Thanks for thumbs up... I hope you will receive it soon... but, seems to be kind of strange to me why LVO takes that much longer after 3rd ECAS line?

May I know which NOC you are?

Best Wishes and good luck
