There is no deadline as such. But it depends when the cap is reached. It would be good idea to submit your application as soon as you can.

I sent by DHL, it was delivered the 7th day (including weekends). Not recommended.
I will recommend UPS (you can see the transit times in spreadsheet charts page). FedEx seems fair as well.
Never use Saudi Post with documents that you need them to reach as soon as possible. Remember that every single day counts.

I agree DHL sucks, takes longer than expected. Avoid

DHL will cost you 300 to 330 SR from Jeddah.
Fedex will cost 280 to 300 SR from Jeddah
EMS (saudi Post) will cost 130 SR from Jeddah
UPS price i am not sure but should be between 250 to 300 SR.
what is the best and fast option to send file aramex or UPS?
brothers please urgently advise,
I have been in saudi for 5 years 2 years back, i have police certificate but its dated 2 years back of course, is it enough? and if not how i can get another certifcate if requested later by visa office, also my family was with me in KSA shall they request it for my wife also even if she wasnot working?

Dear members,
I have got the PR Visa stamped and plan to fly to Canada in September. I am a Pakistani passport holder. Please advise, do I need to obtain a transit visa (Of UK) if my flight is Dammam-London-Toronto.
There is vast range of opinions on the blogs. Some say yes while some experts say no. A website mentions that if I carry a valid visa, no matter even if I am landing for the first time, I do not need a transit visa.
Experts, please advise.
Regards

No need of transit visa for less than 24 hrs transit and if you don't step out of London Heathrow Airport.
