Thanks for everyone's support and motivation. I have finally decided to give it a go, hopefully the category 2141 (Civil Engineer) will hold up by the time I apply. I have ECA already done for both my masters and bachelors degree, Ielts booked for 6th September, documents and forms downloaded from CIC website and most probably shall apply by 25th sept inshallah. Guys any suggestions on taking help of any immigration consultants or its manageable to apply on own.

Good luck. There is no need for a consultant or lawyers. It is just a waste of money. Just read in this forum. And being an Arabic speaker (I guessed from your name) you can also check google for Almatareed forum. It is full of topics on how to fill in the applications in Arabic
i have recently been to saudi arabia on work visa, however till date my Iqama ( Residency permit) is not issued. My company is telling that i will get it by end of october. In the generic application form there are dates to be mentioned in current country of residence. Without getting the residency card i will not be able to mention these details, and i cant wait till october end, i want my application to be filed by 25th sept. My company is ready to provide me a letter stating that my residency permit card is under process and will take so and so time. Any help or suggestions on this matter please.

I am applying for FSWP Civil Engineer (2131) catagory.
I have all the documents ready except the experience certificates inline with the requirement of CIC. If someone can help me out to send the sample letter of reference as per the requirement of CIC, I will be much obliged.

You can simply write the date of your arrival in KSA as the start date and current date as the latest date for residence in saudi. No need to wait for the iqama. Also, company letter will not be helpful.
