I m LVO applicant, and the PPR instructions were to submit to VFS Riyadh.

I heard NDVO normally dont reply to CSE so quick, so I suggest drop an email to Riyadh Embassy of Canada, and see what they say,

hi I agree I heard the same from many people on this forum
that's y I sent a cse to Riyadh embassy and ndvo both just a day after my ppr
now I have my fingers crossed that they reply in time before i make bookings

return passports within a week or two or month?

I got the ppr from ndvo I have sent a cse to Riyadh and ndvo
