VFS has its branch in Jeddah at Prince Sultan Street. Go there in person and submit urs and ur family passport. They will dispatch to Canada Embassy in Riyadh through secure channels. They will additionally take the courier charges if u want it to be delivered back to your home or you can pick your passport from the VFS counter after ur visa is stamped..

Thank you again masood8. There is one more confusion. What should I write in the following spaces provided in the letter:

You have to fill your Passport number in this blank.

You have to hand write your name and Passport number in the blanks. after that u have to attest this letter from MOFA.

Take this attested letter to police office along your valid IQama, they will take your finger prints and after 1 week you will get your PCC from the same police station.

Pcc letter can be taken from any police station or major cities like riyadh jeddah.i m living in tabuk what should i do.get it attested from MOFA after that police station from jeddah or tabuk

Can someone let me know if Saudi PCC mention dates of stay in the Kingdom? Since I have changed my job 2 years back, went on a final exit and came back again on a new visa with a new company. I am here in Saudi since 2001.

If yes! then do they also include the dates of previous stay on a different iqama?

Bro MOFA doesn't attest PCC.
Only PCC request letter is attested by MOFA.

MOFA only attests the request letter. Afterwards, you need to go to Police Station along with your Original Iqama, 1 x Picture and attested request letter. They will take your fingerprints and you can then collect the report after one week.
