Dear Lawrence, if you did the same and this PCC got accepted in LVO, only then I will go for it as I have less time and you know these UK gets lazy in December. I liked your way of explaining about Royal Mail and Saudi post. Lols.

Brother, I am advising you to do only what I had done myself. Even though I said this earlier between the lines, but repeating again that I obtained the PCC based on my Embassy request letter and it was accepted by the visa office.

I did the same thing and LVO has accepted my Saudi PCC. I took the letter from Pakistan embassy when they visited Khobar.

Me and one of my friend have also got PCC like this, we got letter from Pakistan Embassy. It has nothing to do with LVO as LVO needs a PCC and not this that this PCC must be on request letter of CHC or Pakistan Embassy Letter. The main thing is: PCC from saudi crime and investigation department, in arabic it is called, adliya janadiya office i guess if i can remember it fully.

You may go ahead with confidence and try to save the time.

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
(FOR THOSE, WHO HAVE LIVED IN SAUDI ARABIA IN THE PAST)
It has come to our notice that a number of individuals, who have lived in Saudi Arabia in the past and are now residing elsewhere after seeking final exit from Saudi Arabia, wish to get a Police Clearance Certificate for applying for citizenship/permanent residency of countries like USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Newzealand etc.

2. It may be noted that a Saudi Arabian PCC requires elaborate police investigations, including furnishing of applicant’s certified fingerprint. This process is not only lengthy but also much beyond the purview of Consulate’s consular function. Normally, the Saudi mission/post in the country of applicants’ current residence should be taking up the job – however, mixed results have been in this regard.

3. However, in order to tide over this situation – the Post issues a deemed Police Clearance Certificate based on the fact that the applicant has been given a final exit permission from Saudi Arabia – which comes only if there’s no case pending against the individual, and his or her sponsor has nothing adverse against the final exit. Documents required for the same are –
 Copy of the current passport
 Copy of the passport on which final exit was stamped
 Copy of the Final Exit permission
 Authority Letter for the individual who will deposit the fee and collect the PCC.

4. In case of any problem, one can approach either Consul (Consular) or Consul/Vice Consul (Passport)

Rizwan, dI'd it get accepted then? as you might have got it when you applied for immigration. my case is in final stage now, they said we will send you letter to apply for it? shall I go ahead then abd ask from pak embassy? hope thy don't create any fuss?

Yes, it's very fine. I am also in Final Stage, waiting for Passport Requests...

Both are same, as the main thing is PCC and not the request letter for PCC.

Try to clarify the subject in front of you and then start bothering, the subject is PCC and not the request letter for creating that PCC.

I don't know why fazal is wasting time just for Arabic invitation,. sir just go to ur embassy take a letter in Arabic attest it from mofa and submit to main office of police head quarters nea idb in Jeddah.. and off course they need PCC n acceptable

I managed to get the letter from CHC Riyadh. They sent it by Aramex in one day. If fazal is located in Riyadh or Jeddah, you can get it from Canadian HC receptionist within 5 mins.

Yes brothers I wrote to CHC riyadh, they said we don't give to London visa office applicants, please refer to London visa office for this. Then today I got letter from Pakistan embassy. So this work is also done. How long does it take to PPR2 after u send all this docs?

Dear friends got the letter from embassy and just went to see the post and found the PCC forms and instructions from London. Alhamdulillah so glad as today London visa office replied me to wait for their post. Will attest from MOFA Riyadh tomorrow. Then where shall I go after that? Which police dept.? Firstly they sent me the same email in which it was written that for London or abu Dhabi vo applicants no assistance will be provided.I just reply to their email again in which I told them that I m coming to Riyadh for 2 days.at this time,in my details I just wrote me n my wife names and application number but not VO name
