From my understanding, that form is for crown servants and their spouses. Secondly, did you visited outside Canada or you moved/resided. That form is basically for those who are allowed to live outside Canada but will still be considered living in Canada as they are serving Canada, for example, diplomats.

yes, cit 0177 is for crown servant, I did not filled.

I'm also from Saskatoon. I sent my application (family of 4) on Monday, the 16th. I will update as things progresses.
I have a couple questions, since all applications are sent to Sydney NS, does it matter, in terms of processing time, which province the applicant lives? Anyone in Saskatchewan, who are now citizen, willing to share their timeline?
